Introducing the A-T Controls Automated Drawing System

(June 2018) The new A-T Controls Automated Drawing System allows customers to access an online configurator that will generate both 3D models and 2D dimensioned drawings of our actuator to valve assemblies. Currently, it is pneumatic assemblies only, but additional valve series and electric assemblies are coming soon. 

Available for:  Series 22, Series 24Series 77Series 88, Series F88, and Series F91, Series D9, Series FD9 150#Series FD9 300#, Series FD9 600#.

  • Ability to configure 3D models of actuator/valve assemblies that can be downloaded in several formats and integrated into your process layout
  • Generation of 2D dimensioned drawings for integrating into your 2D CAD layout or creation of pdf drawings for quoting purpose
  • File formats available for download include: 3D Models - SolidWorks, Step, Parasolid, Inventor, SolidEdge, & CATIA Pro/E; 2D Drawings - AutoCAD (dwg), DXF, TIFF, & PDF


Certifications for A-T Trunnions

(April 2017) It's official . . . after careful attention to testing and required documentation, our Trunnion Mounted valves are now certified as SIL 3 capable.

(May 2017) A-T Controls is proud to announce achievement of CE (PED Module H) certification from TUV Rheinland April 2017 for series TS2 and TS3 Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves.

A-T Distributor Training School: Now in TWO locations!

(April 2017) The first official A-T Distributor Training School to be hosted at our Stafford, TX location in May filled up quickly. The A-T Training School has been hosted at our Cincinnati headquarters about 3-5 per year, since it's inception in 2015.  The class curriclumn covers a complete overview of our various product lines, a plant tour and some hands on demonstrations for experienced technicians. Also included is a review of some helpful tools, like how use our price books and navigate our website.  We aim to keep the class small with about 12 particpants max and they generally fill up quite fast.

A-T LIVE! AS Series Butterfly Valve Product Launch Webinar

(March 2017) On March 15th A-T engineer, Chris Bernardo, helped to make A-T history as the host of our very first live stream video on the ATControls YouTube channel. The purpose of the brief webinar was to share the news that our new AS Series (PFA Lined) Butterfly Valve is now available, and to share a bit about the design and uses for this new addition to the A-T Resilient Butterfly Valve family.  The video training can be found on our YouTube channel for those that may have missed it.

A-T Controls – Leading the way with new Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves

(January 2016) A-T Controls is pleased to introduce our new Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve line, including 2”- 48” valves in ANSI Class 150-2500 RF and RTJ. Valves are available in cast and forged construction, and numerous alloys including A216WCB, A352 LCB/LCC, CF8m, CF3M, Duplex and WC6. The valves are suited for numerous applications including Gas and Oil, Refining, Mining, Marine, Power, Primary Metals, Geothermal, and Water/Waste industries

As the latest addition to the A-T Valve and Actuator offering, complete automated valve packages are available including Rack and Pinion, Heavy Duty Scotch Yoke, and Electric Actuators with pneumatic and electric accessories and custom control circuits. The new Trunnion Mounted Valves are heavily stocked in both the Cincinnati headquarters and Houston warehouse and automation center.
